  • Supabase (Database & Storage): Used for storing user preferences and lead data. Supabase Inc. is based in the USA but servers are located in the EU where possible. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfer validity.

4. Open House Leads & Lead Capture

When you sign up for "Open House Leads" or download samples:

  • Data Collected: We collect your email address and any other information you voluntarily provide (e.g., name, city preference).
  • Purpose: To send you the requested lead lists, product updates, and relevant marketing information.
  • Consent: By submitting the form, you agree to receive these communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell your data to third parties. We use standard email processors (like Resend or Postmark) to deliver emails to you.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how our websites are used. Google Analytics uses "cookies" to analyze your use of the website.

IP Anonymization is activated on this website. Your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union.
